I signed a six month contract with her and my house sold in 4 months! There was always a constant stream of perspective buyers coming to see my home almost on a daily basis. She almost always came with them and when she was unable to, she informed me as to their names, and the time they would be there. No unexpected visits. Nadine was always courteous and accommodating.
